Testimonials Module - Create new database table??

Hi all!

I have just downloaded a testimonials module but need a little help.

I have copied over the Admin, Catalog and VQmod folders but now I have to create a database??

Here are the instructions supplied with the module:

-------------------------
1. Upload all files in 'admin' and 'catalog' folders.

2. Upload files in the VQMOD folder.

3. Use 'testimonial.sql' script to create a new database table.

4. Configure the 'Testimonials' module.

5. Add testimonials to 'Admin > Catalog > Testimonials'

Done!

I'm stuck on step 3 onwards

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

lucky you, by accident, today, looking at another Mod, I found a very detailled description on how to add an OC DB Table.
Just read the 2.2) Import Database Tables Section:

but don't come back and ask, what the word >> phpmyadmin << could possibly mean...

Somehow, your Hoster has granted you access to your server, and somehow, you must have been able to create a database.
Therefore, you must have a way to work on the DB, if you don't know how, ask your hoster.

Just recalled another way, download and install the famous OPENSHOP EXTENSION:

It has, besides of many other handy things, a MySQL Admin installed, then, you could handle/manage/modify your DB as well.

Finally got it working!!

My hosting company didn't support C-Panel but did support myPhpAdmin

I figured it with the assistance of yourself and the blog you provided.
