Combining Orders - shipping, tax, other stuff - as if one

would be great if there were a way to combine orders as if they had been originally one order.

reason is that some customers will place a few orders in a rush and then call in and say 'hey, can you combine those and ship them together and also give us the quantity discounts'

if any of those orders have not been boxed up (not necessarily shipped but processed and ready for shipping), then it should be okay to just combine them and ship together

1. somehow though the approved credit card (or whatever payment) amount would need to be adjusted, perhaps keeping the largest of the combined orders and just discounting the remaining orders

2. shipping would also need to be adjusted to reflect a single order versus several packages (unless packaging would now entail multiple boxes)

3. somehow show in notes or whatever that the various orders have been combined so that if any question comes up about any one of the orders that the other order numbers are present as well.

not quite sure how to approach this but would be a helpful feature
