International Shipping Module

I am using OC v1.5.3.1 and am looking for a module I had seen on here a few weeks ago. Ever since the side was updated I have been unable to find it. The module was for the code only for a shipping mod that would save orders that were placed for locations outside your shipping zone and allow you to update them with shipping costs and resubmit them to the customer for payment. I was going to purchase the code and then see if there was anybody on here that would be willing to modify it to make it compatible with the most recent versions of open cart. I believe it was only supported up to 1.4.9 or something along those lines.

Yeah, its a shame that a lot of the extensions cannot be found now at least until the author updates their tags. Hang tight.
