Setting Quantity Limit in Specials

Hi all

I sell free products on my site & want a vqmod which can enable admin to limit product quantity for each customer to 1. For example if I have iphone case for free buy can not add more than 1 product to the cart.

Is there any mod already made or if someone can make it for me.

I'm not entirely sure what this request is about. If you have a product set on special, it doesn't necessarily mean it would strictly represent a free product since a special could also be amongst products that are not free in the mean time ... how would those limits work from that point ?

Besides, it is rarely that a product in a store would be seen as a free 'special' product. Free products are usually samples that can be tried out on the fly when shopping at the mall.
