Options navigation

I suggest to remember the last configuration of the options, for example I 99% times need to publish them with these parameters:
Obligatory (because client must always choose a color or model)
Quantity 1 ormore, because if I add an option in that moment is normal that it's positive in 99% of cases
Subtract quantity from the stock: No, because colors are neverending generally.
Why not let them by default configured in that way or let the possibility to choose how to show them by default?
Maybe better to build an extension for it?
