for example simple rule not to use more than 3 different fonts on website and you have i dont know all over different fonts even in logo:) another thing cart in header it jumps when you click on it , and yes if you try minimize the browser on the bottom scroll bar appears so if you have a smaller screen you have to slide page from left to right, what colors to use on website it is up to everyone taste you cant judge by that, but if to be really honest i would not buy at this shop.
Once again sorry didn't wanted to insult but look from the eyes of visitor, the potential buyer if you were the buyer would you buy here? for example i do the same with all my websites by simply asking myself. would i shop here if i was a user who came from google:) would i stay here for longer than 30 sec. Is it really simple to use:) and lastly most important do i like what i see ?? does it look nice on the eye. and if i have at least to one question NO that means need more work and time to invest untill NO will be changed by YES:)
Also use high quality images for your products it is eshop, user cant smell it, cant taste it:) cant touch the items, so at least he must get what is possible to show in eshop that is high quality images.
best of luck with your store

1. Vital info missing at quick glance - where are you located? how much is shipping costs? how does a customer contact you with questions? Do you ship internationally? Do your products have FDA approval or not (not familiar with homemade soaps to know if that is a necessity, but if there was something I was going to use on my skin, I'd be concerned if it were safe). Saw on your contact page you have a toll free number - put it up front and center not hidden on a contact page.
2. Your copy needs helps. Doesn't sound professional and a lot of info missing like what oils are in them? Are they hypo allergenic? Are there any ingredients that could cause an allergic reaction (for example I am allergic to papaya so would want to know if it's extract was in them before I purchased).
3. Get rid of the duplicate image in the description and make your product image larger. The large image distracts the eye from seeing the vital information - the price and call to action buy button. if you want another image in the description, make it smaller and something complementary - like some of the ingredients in that particular item for example. Your category descriptions include some unnecessary info - like gifts describes what is in your gift selections when that is what the product description on those products should contain. No reason to repeat it just makes your category page longer and makes your customer scroll to see the products.
4. Fix alignment of things like your footer headings and clean up the spacing and alignment of your info text on pages like "delivery information" - looks unprofessional.
Overall, give your customer more information than they expect and make it easy for them to contact you if they have questions.
Running Opencart v3.0.3.2 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
I have work to do. .

Sticking point: the shopping cart 'jumping' when clicking on it. Think this is a new issue and am stumped how to fix. Tried moving it lower, higher than the welcome header. Still does it. Could this be a z-index problem?
