1. remove the annoying popup. Seriously this is the #1 problem with these kinds of sites
2. You did not rally change much from journal theme 2, not even the images or anything

In general, the store design itself looks great. I would, however, recommend the use of template responsive for such design. Clothing subjects may be one of the most relative content for that.
As for the header menu mouse focusing issues, it may require small adjustment as it seems the cursor gets confused between the arrow and the active link. Otherwise, the site layout itself has a good perspective if it doesn't use any iFrame integration from the body content.
