The subscription popup is so annoying! I recommend getting rid of it.
The logo has an ugly white background, it would look better without it.

all you did was took Journal theme 10 and changed the demo stuff.
Also, the 222 version of your website does not load icons. you need to redirect the www version to http version (without www)
