I have only really looked through your website for a short period of time. But the main thing that stands out to me is the number of words that you have on your front page.
First thing I would do is the products that are displayed on the front page, I would remove the description and increase the product image size. So people can properly see what the product is rather than having to read about it.
That is just my two pence. I hope it helps?
