Does any one know of any major, well known fashion brands (or other industry) sites using opencart? I looked through several pages of this forum but couldn't find anything so I thought I would check this way... Thanks!

You mean an official brand such as lee cooper or somerhing or an official dealer of these brands?

I think most of the big brands use Magento, but keep in mind that big brands, big companies are always looking for a live support line. They don't like the idea of using OPEN software, they rather pay.

I think it would be difficult to find out if any major brands are using OpenCart, unless the developers of the sites come forward to tell us

The reason being, if a major brand is paying to have a website built they will probably need something bespoke to meet their needs. If they instruct an ecommerce developer to build the store and OC suits the needs then there is a chance it will use the framework and adapt it. It is however, unlikely to carry the "Powered by OpenCart" text in the footer so unless you trawl the source code I think it would be difficult to determine.

I am sure there are plenty of 'bigger' brands out there using OC so lets see if we can find some !
