Categories top menu does not show all, has only one row

I have many categories, and the top menu has only one line to show the categories, the other lines appear on the top banner, can not increase the space to display the categories that I have. I need urgent help. I can not find solution. Does anyone have a module to solve this,? It is to set up to display all categories. In fact they show the classes, but on top of the banner.
