Webstatistics Counter

Where can i add a webcounter from MOTIGO or other. Which counter is advisable to track visits and important things?

Where are you wanting the counter to track exactly? The whole site?
You would be best adding this to the google analytics box in the SYSTEM > SETTINGS on the SERVER tab

How can I get it for the entire site?

By adding the Google code in SYSTEM-SETTINGS-SERVER its tracking the whole site i guess since you only need to add it at this place for your website.
