Is it so you can be a beta tester?
Do you need this signup account to use the system in your live cart?
Thanks
The QuickBooks integration works as a service- you sign up with us, and we use our servers to convert the OpenCart orders to something that QuickBooks can understand, and push them into QuickBooks for you.
You need to have an account with us to use the QuickBooks integration.
Ah, so we give you our data and you give us back a QB file that we can import into our local QB, am I right?
Thanks

No. You subscribe to our service, and we provide a means by which to hook your QuickBooks file into your OpenCart store. Whenever an order comes into OpenCart, we automatically push the order from OpenCart into your QuickBooks data file.
You DO NOT give us your QuickBooks file/data. We just connect to your QuickBooks data and push new orders into it.
There's no download/upload or manual import involved.
