paypal standard payment with shipping and taxes

Now I have another problem with the paypal standard payment. I had a customer order something and paid for it using paypal and when I look on paypal end it does not show that shipping and taxes was collect. But I do see it was collect on my end . When you are in paypal area in the charts it breaks down where the payment came from example website or ebay and what was collected for taxes and shipping. But for my customer from my website it shows nothing was collected like the taxes and shipping. I did call paypal and they looked back to Aug of last year and it was not working right back than. Maybe there is a plug I need or something is not set up right. Thanks
