Hello, what css file and what row i have to edit, to change

1) most top gray menu bar where telephone number is written
2) blue menu bar
3) white background and side area?
4) bottom dark gray info area.

1) most top gray menu bar where telephone number is written (stylesheet.css - #top - - around line 1396)
2) blue menu bar (stylesheet.css - #menu - around line 3006)
3) white background and side area? (depends as they sit in different containers)
4) bottom dark gray info area. (stylesheet.css - #footer - around line 5139)
