PayPal Checkout in USD but default currency must be shown

Hi, trying to use PayPal as my checkout but i want the prices to show on the site in TTD. Cannot seem to get that sorted out any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

There's a couple of extensions out in the marketplace that allows you to checkout with USD, but display prices in your own country's currency.
