In the Marketplace > Account Page > Purchases > Your Orders (Order History), the status of all my orders says Complete in Green. One order says Denied in Red.

The extension in question never fully worked as described, it is no longer on the Marketplace, how do I get a refund?

Contact site support for those inquiries.

The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased counters are caused by posted redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.
