How to remove an item from top menu

Well, why no just visit Your PAVO Theme Megamenu Homepage for such ? :D
it's not the right place here for such Custom Theme Matters,
because those won't know, not using such Extensions.

In a default OpenCart installation, categories can be removed from the top menu by unchecking the "Top" box when editing them, in Catalog > Categories > Edit.
