What is meaning of Free support in opencart marketplace. And what buyer will get after and before free support?

It's different from developer to developer, but you definitely should get any kind of bug fixing, when bugs are related to purchased extension. Some developers also provide installation/upgrade service with the purchase, some even solve compatibility issues with 3rd party extension. Look on extensions'r price: the higher it is, the more free services you can be provided with. Don't expect developer to install extension for you, do some customization and fix compatibility issues for free, when price is around 20-30 bucks.

When license expires (in 12 months in your case), in most cases no support will be provided at all until you renew the license. Plain and simple.

I'd recommend you to read each developer's support terms before the purchase. They can be quite different.
