Update Currency Patch

Since Yahoo currency API not providing service for updated currency anymore,
that mean the old method used to update currency will not work. :-[
We had update the method in the master version in GitHub by changing another API,
and consider for the old version, we had make this update as an extension. :D

The system will update the currency if the last update of the currency larger than one day
quoted from the comments of the specified extension link, this would mean that since the currency exchange updates by 4 times a day automatically by providers, then merchants would be skipped of those 4 times until the next day which means 1 time out of 2, the currency settings would be updated only rather than updating the currency exchange 4 times a day.

As it update patch is refer to the edition in master version an develop by us,
it is easily for us to check or support in case if some customer have issue with it. ;)

You can try google currency converter. Just change the refresh method in currency model in admin/model/localisation. Refer : http://allhtaccess.info/opencart-curren ... t-working/
