Hi.
Our account has been banned after a comment with a link.
We have submitted a ticket, however, did not receive the answer yet.
Is there a chance to get back the access to the account? Or maybe anyone knows the response of the support team?
Any answer is appreciated.

Did they restore your account?

I've just got banned answering my customer's comment. I inserted a link on imgur.com screenshot and got "Your account has been banned for spam!"... Or something like this... Didn't even had time to make screenshot.

All my extension return 404 now and I cannot login to my merchant's account.
I spent months trying to raise my extensions to google's first page. and that's it. 404 will downrate my pages to the bottom in a day :(

Why not cut out links? Why not deny comment with links? WHY BAN of merchant's account?

What happened with customers downloads? What if customers need support for my extensions?

WTF is going on?

PMed to Daniel on forum, also created a support ticket. But as I know, it'll be good if I get an answer in two days :(

Well, nobody around here will be able to assist you on this. You'll have to wait,
to get a reply, there is no way around. But it took you 5 Years, to place your
Number 10 Posting, and as Seller, you should actually have been around the
Forum on a regular Schedule, according to the books at least. So, possibly,
better don't expect OC to add you to their top priority list ... ::)

But that's just a wild guess, based on nothing, but a first impression. :D

Just to be clear, in case others experience this in the future:

If the issue is not on the forum (i.e. on the opencart.com marketplace) there's no one in the forum that can help you, unfortunately. Moderators only have limited permissions to do stuff on the forum, and can't affect anything on the main site. (Daniel is an admin on the forum, but he generally doesn't check it very often, so PM-ing him is probably not going to help.) Regular support staff do not check the forum, so they're not going to find posts like this.

If you (or others) need support with an issue on the marketplace or about an order in the future, you need to contact the OpenCart support team:

Also, as you noted, their support team does not usually reply immediately. Please be patient, and give them a day or two to research the issue and reply.
