Does anybody know how I would go about calculating the LTV of a customer within OpenCart?
I think the basic formula is - (Average Order Value) x (Number of Repeat Sales) x (Average Retention Time)
These articles explain the calculations which makes sense, but I am not sure how I would extract this data from OpenCart -
