have probably not found much spare time, to play around with a DEV Version again.
I would visit the Opencart Developer Section of github.com, to find out more on such.

is, to let others find out, if and where Problems may still exist.
Just compare it with anything else, what would come for free, and without any
Guarantee, if one would have to pay Dev's, to make extended Tests, it would
cost a lot of money. And such can be avoided, because there are always some,
eager to belong to the first, but then, it's their own problem, if they screw up, and
they have no right, to complain either, because nobody promised them, to get
a fully working software yet, and all this for free too!
It's as easy as that, just accept it, or then, let it be, and use something, already
tested and working, as it should.
Github releases are DEV-Releases, by nature of things, and not even planned,
to be offered to regular Users!

It should never have been put on the Downloads list of the man OC site.
Of course there are always bugs with every release of OpenCart, going back several years.
So, yes, a user should not download a main release (or any point release for that matter) until it has had time to be tested by those willing to test it out.
OC 3.0.0.0 was released as an Alpha version some time ago for developers to test and report back on bugs, but the next stage of release should have been a BETA release, which for some unknown reason was skipped and released as a main release to the public.
So, although it is behaving like a BETA version, it is in fact not a BETA and I can understand why we are getting so many posts from non-Dev users now.
Hopefully a point release will be released soon to take care of the many reported issues that have already been received.
it's hard enough already, to be surrounded with halfbaked realities, wherever I look.
But I am fully aware of the facts, possibly one reason, why I try to take some of the load,
to enable others, to find more time on the Project itself, instead of wasting it here,
the way it has partly been done in the past, and despite of the fact, that some then
may think, that I am probably not a very nice fellow.
