[Q] How can I connect to Databases from Windows?

Hello
I want to connect to Opencart Databases from Windows because I would like to be able to update the quantities of products fast and easy.
I do not have a warehouse system and neither I can afford one. I just want a simple system which will connect to databases.

I use us Ms Access and ODBC.
