I think that Opencart should be on the English version of Wikipedia; the main competitors (Presta, Magento) have a long entries there; I think one of the best e-commerce system also deserves to be there.

Do you think that you can place it back? I do not know the wikipedia procedures. They deleted it one year ago; there was a quite long break between 0.x and 1.x when Opencart was not much developed; mayby it was one of the reasons.

You cannot put it back just like that.
It has been deleted because others think there should be no OpenCart WIKI in English because all they could find on OpenCart where these forums and there it was asjumend that OpenCart WIKI had No indication of importance.
Second it was mentioned that the page was Unambiguous advertising or promotion.
So, to have it back up you need to put in a request.
As it looks to me that you must have studied rocket science to put up that request I leave it to others.
