Option Groups

I would like to be able to organize the options on my product page into groups with headers. Is there an extension that can do this?

For example, I may have a group that is Personal Information with textboxes below for Name, Tel, Address, etc. Then I may have an option for Printing Options with dropboxes below for Card Stock Type, Rounded Corner Type, etc.

I want to split these into groups because I think that it would be easier for the client to go through all the options we have.
