[Waiting for Proof of ID] 4 days and 4 tickets but not reply

I bought an extension for my client with the purpose to use it right away. Now I'm stuck with this message and this is really NOT OKAY.
I'm too tired to wait up to 4 days and my tickets no one reply.

Well, it's not really the Place here, to talk about such, because nobody
around here has any influence on such. But the OC-World does not only
consist out of brave Individuals, but it's also full of Crooks. And this has
forced OC, to first make sure, before serving those, just waiting, to cheat,
by reclaiming their money back, with foolish Arguments, after they received
a 'merchandise', which can easy be copied, and so be further be used.

No offense, just plain information !
