Paypal Standard Payment method not displayed at checkout page.

I have an opencart store (http://simeqtechnologies.com/mimelon) on latest version 3.0.2.0.
I have enabled "Paypal Standard Payment" method for all Geo zones.
Still it is not showing on checkout page.
Please anyone help me to solve this issue.

Yes other payment method like "COD" displayed but not the "Paypal Standard Payment".
Anyone solve this issue before?
