Are you schizophrenic?
No, maybe you are? Stop making idiotic, personal (ad hominid) attacks. You ought to be booted for such a stupid insult.

Re: v1.3.5 Soon

Magento is extremely slow, well it was when I last used it, and had so many files it took forever to upload. Just a point, not totally related - I hope you are zipping your files into one archive, uploading it and unzipping it through SSH. Uploading all of the files, as you suggest, is too RAM and ...

Re: Incompatibility Browsers

You have way too many languages, for one. I seriously doubt you can support all of those customers in those languages. Only use what you can support. Cut the number down to more main languages.

Re: Need to search multiple categories at the same time

I don't understand the url's you posted are category pages not a search result category pages just show all products associated with that category and products can be associated with more than one category, so just put all the products you want in both categories. This suggestion makes absolutely n...

Re: Virtuamart comparison with Open Cart

Uhm.. to get back to the topic. Virtuemart can't stand up on its own, OpenCart can. There's no comparison! fido-x, we know that, but there are a few of us who are CMS lovers and want a complete robust system. That's why people turn to Joomla! and VirtueMart. But, I fell out of love with Joomla!. To...

SS: static pages WB: zip package installer code-based pages (dynamic content) wrapper pages static pages form builder 5x :) ...You have code based pages (dynamic content) with SS. You have wrapper pages and a form builder with SS. I don't see you racking up any points over SS. And SS has a powerful...

Did the site go down for a while?

Did the site go down for a while? I was getting error 500 messages, both on the forums and main site, earlier today. Hope everything is okay.

Re: Virtuamart comparison with Open Cart

If WebsiteBaker is what Q recommends (I just checked it out), it's a good reason why he's not sitting in Daniel's chair! Not a good advertisement for Q's modules either! Pretty pathetic CMS! Have you ever used WB? I'll gues not! I've used WB noumerous of times and it beats Joomla hands down with si...

Re: Virtuamart comparison with Open Cart

SilverStripe gained high notoriety because the DNC used it, during the US elections. As for MB, that doesn't trouble me at all. Again, just keep working with it and you'll see why people love it.

Re: Virtuamart comparison with Open Cart

not to throw too much more into the mix, but have you checked out drupal and ubercart that combo is not too bad. Though I haven't seen any really good fully integrated shop/cms solutions. And just to take things more off topic I keep hearing people rave about silverstripe. What is so great about it...

I really wish the session length on the Open Cart forums would be dramatically increased. Having to keep logging in so often is rather annoying.

Re: v1.3.5 Soon

If you can implement a true module system for 1.3.5, we'll kiss your feet! ;D hah that would be great, but I think that will take a bit to long to try to squeeze into 1.3.5 I would be quite happy knowing he will look at implementing one at some point in the not too distant future. I agree. ;) I was...

Re: Virtuamart comparison with Open Cart

So, Franz-Peter , if you need two equally robust solutions (CMS and eCart), you would bridge the two? :) Or would you rewrite Open Cart from the ground up, as a native module for the CMS? ;D Just kidding; thought I would throw that in, to jab Q for fun. :D No, but seriously, I need two robust system...
