Problem "User login into another Account"
Hi,
I have a problem ,
a my user has logged into his account,
but instead of logging into his account he logged into another client's account ...
has anyone ever happened? What could it be?

the problem seems to occur when two users,
add a product to their cart at the same time
one of the carts remains empty and the other is 2 products
only happens with php 7.3
with php 7.0 it doesn't happen
