Feed not updating

Brands and categories missing
Hello, I've installed a great theme on my website, but the creator has left of brands and categories modules on the theme, so customers cannot navigate through these. Lists manufactures, and catergories on index page
I have installed alltuts template from http://wordpress.site5.net/alltuts/
onto my site, http://dp-fashio.co.uk
as you can see, there's no option directly to see manufactures or categories, how would i bring this into the index page?

e.g 1st class royla mail, then2 nd class.
