The Image file http://elvesofavalon.com I update the php.ini file from 64m to 128m and in the past that usually fixed the problem. When I go to add a image in one of the products, says image file does not exist

yes I must of missed that one except I dont want it to go to HTTPS as it uses paypal does not need that, so... what would the ,htaccess look like otherwise... as the ssl is not set in the system section
