Re: Add JQuery.reel.js to product tab

Got it, I added it to the header.php
catalog/controller/common/header.php
Also possible, but now the (not always needed) files are loaded every time!
The new extension will have a controller

Code: Select all

catalog/controller/extension/module
is only the path to the controller file.

In the backend under Extensions > Payment you should find PayPal.

Re: Add JQuery.reel.js to product tab

Code: Select all

catalog/controller/product/product.php
would be the correct file.
But you wrote you are using an extension, therefore (as far as I can remember) you should add the js & css into the new controller.

Re: Image Cache is not working

Images are cashed always the image is needed.
Because of this, you see only a few cached images.

Caching all images at once is not supported.

Re: Subfolder Dev Site Routing Issue OC 2.3.0.2

All links (except those which are embedded as absolute as often can be seen in texts) rely on those settings defined in the 2 config.php.
One (more) possible reason could be, that you have the old .htaccess enebled.

Re: v3.0.3.0 download package looks weird

No, that was the correct version, but the version number was not updated by mistake. Daniel (the project owner) solved that by publishing a new package with the correct number: https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=cms/download Btw: using 3.0.3.1 is not a good idea, old bugs are not fixed, but ne...

Re: Opencart v3.0.3.1 cannot add or change images

Do not use 3.0.3.1, new bugs and old not solved! Regarding the image issue: what exactly is/was the problem? Versions before 3.0.3.1 (and hat also) should not have any issue with that, so it seems that something else is not working. It would be good to know what the console (F12) tells you and if al...

Re: how to make and keep a copy of my opencart store !

I think it work to import database from Dashboard. I don't have used. I prefer phpMyAdmin The difference between them is (and this is very important!): 1. using the internal backup (via the backend in OC) exports only the table contents - without the table structure 2. using phpMyAdmin (or another ...

Re: Redirect to checkout if more than 2 manufacturer_ids with cart module

I understood what you want to to. And checked the code of the version 3 module. But, why 2 different modules when you can have 1 which does both? And why count( .. ) You do not want to count, you want to check only if the manufacturer id = 2 or any other id. And - what i would do, is some backend. W...

Re: new installation - move storage fails - what are the correct permissions?

First of all: if you only want to 'play' with OpenCart, 3.0.3.1 is okay. But if you intent to use it in a real shop, use only 3.0.2.0 : https://github.com/opencart/opencart/releases/tag/3.0.2.0 Why? Old and new bugs! Second: you can create the folders outside the punlic area also manual and edit the...
