In 2.0.0.0 I had this problem when site was in maintenance mode, if I remember correctly.
Search the board, this problem was reported several times, maybe solution is the same for a new version.
Did it work?

I have had different, although a bit similar errors due to https / ssl configuration of shared hosting (they use reversed_ssl on 123-reg). May have nothing to do with your problem, though... GL.
