Re: OpenCart 1.5.5 Bug Thread

Hello Jonathan, thanks for the tip but it didn't make a difference. Those databases were already in utf-8. Ultimately you helped me though with your post here:

http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?f=161&t=96763

Replacing filter_tag with tag solved it immediately. Thanks!

Re: OpenCart 1.5.5 Bug Thread

It seems tags don't work if they contain characters with accent, such as á, é. In those cases it's like an empty search that gives back all the products in the store.

Tags showing no results OC 1.5.5.1

Hi everyone, we recently updated OC to the latest version and switched to Shoppica. Everything looks good but for some reason the tags show empty search results. For example at the bottom of this page click on the tag. http://szexiruhak.hu/lakk-noverke-jelmez And you will see that no results are giv...

Re: Translate the name of the months

I have seen the months here, as rph mentioned:

/admin\view/javascript/jquery/ui/i18n/ui.datepicker-hu.js

Not sure if it's what I was looking for. If it is, it doesn't work. My customers will have to live with those english months I guess.

The country code is correct. It doesn't work at the date picker, order confirmation email and order date. Shows up in english.

Re: Translate the name of the months

Hello i2Pac!

Yes, it's compatible. I was trying to find the months in the official english language files (first manually, then using Astrogrep), but it seems there is nothing like that. Are they left out, or should I add the months somewhere in the admin area? Looked all over the place.

Translate the name of the months

I am trying to translate the name of the months from english to hungarian. I read on the forum that adding $_['text_january'] = 'Január'; etc. to the main language files can solve this. However it didn't. I completely deleted english language and it still sends the confirmation emails with months in...

Re: OFFICIAL v1.4.9.3 BUG THREAD. POST ALL BUGS HERE

Try changing the mail.php file and use iso-8859-1 instead of utf-8 Solution for Subject by adding base64 encode: if ($this->parameter) { mail($to, '=?UTF-8?B?'.base64_encode($this->subject).'?=', $message, $header, $this->parameter); } else { mail($to, '=?UTF-8?B?'.base64_encode($this->subject).'?=...

I have mail Subject encoding issues as well. Clean 1.4.9.3 install. In Gmail the subject shows up as it should. But I tested it in the 2 biggest hungarian mail providers and I see this: RendelĂŠsĂŠt rĂśgzĂtettĂźk instead of Rendelését rögzítettük. A quick fix would be appreciated. Checked page 4 o...

Ok, figured it's easier to edit the header.tpl and change the logo there.

Change logo in order confirmation email

Hello guys,

I am trying to change the logo in the order confirmation email. The logo on my website is completely white with transparent background, so people can't see it. I have tried to simply change order_confirm.tpl but it didn't work.

Remove all countries and zones?

Hi!
I am running a local shop and preparing to use OpenCart. I would like to remove the country and zone fields from the forms, because I only ship to my country. I tried a few simple things but it isn't as easy as I thought. I would greatly appreciate any help.
Thanks!
