Just happened again right now. Go into products in the admin end and you can see the pages but no products show at all. Go to main website and the menu won't appear.
Anyone know what is going on?

Hi All, Using 2.0.3.1. Original template with some mods from 2015. Today the menu won't show on the website. All products are there and if I click on one of the featured items or scrolling pages then you can see the category/product come up. In the back end when I go to Categories - none are showing...

Footer.tpl reverting. Doing my head in.
V 2.0.3.1 Edited an external web link on footer.tpl. Filezilla confirms edited version has been written to server. Link remains the same in website. Copy back from server and edited link has reverted! Have clicked refresh in Extensions - Modification after copying over. Still it's the same. Any idea...

I have the same problem. I've gone to Modifications - Extensions and clicked on refresh after uploading the file (upload is successful). It still doesn't show the changes. When I download the file from the server again, the change has been reverted.
Any ideas? Thanks.

I'm using the standard Paypal Express Checkout extension.
The template is the standard one that comes with OC. Only had a few minor adjustments made to the header & footer 2 years back.

Order/Dispatch Emails going to Spam/Junk folder too often!
Hi,
Using OC 2.0.3.1 with 'Email Template - Advanced' module. Upon orders or sending dispatch notifications a high percentage of customers get emails in their junk/spam folders.
When I send from the same email via Outlook there is no such issue.
Any ideas?

Update. The failure to add to cart is down to HTTPS not the re-direct. Opencart just not working with it. properly. SSL also selected in Opencart under 'server'.

I've installed Smart AntiSpam shield and hopefully that helps. I hadn't realised there was no Capthca as default on Opencart for registration.
This latest one just seemed malicious as they were not selling anything....just someone banging in random numbers.

Returns Spammed massively
Hi All,
Got a ton of emails to find that nearly 2000 of them were from someone spamming my Returns form on Opencart. They were just placing 1 digit in comments etc and submitting.
For starters, is there a way I can find out their IP address? Then what is my best solution to solve it?
