Re: License agreement violator: Parimba79 (paribello@bladeinformatica.it)

Just obfuscation code   That word does come up often with MAFIA... As well as: mystification, muddying, clouding, fudging, obliqueness... The list is endless.. I don't think it was deliberate... It was probably an accident... Like a can of soft drink getting on the keyboard by...

Re: License agreement violator: Parimba79 (paribello@bladeinformatica.it)

Yes, encrypted code is not allowed on the opencart.com marketplace, for good reason. Really? This is allowed? http://gdpr.demo.isenselabs.com/oc3/catalog/view/javascript/isenselabs_gdpr/cookiemanager.js https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=marketplace/extension/info&extension_id=34092 Is th...

Re: License agreement violator: Parimba79 (paribello@bladeinformatica.it)

Thanks for the suggestions --- I've considered doing that, but I don't have the time or resources to really pursue action like that in cases like this. It's an unfortunate downside to being a sole developer, there's not a lot we can feasibly do about stolen software, especially when it's in a diffe...

Re: License agreement violator: Parimba79 (paribello@bladeinformatica.it)

I've caught one of the users of my extensions installing them on multiple sites, which violates the opencart.com marketplace terms, as well as my own license agreement. If you have extensions sold to this person, you may want to check up to ensure he isn't installing your extension on multiple site...

Re: 2021 and Crypto currency

What did make you change your mind for 2021? I mean, what is the difference from before? The belief that too many people and companies are starting to use or accept crypto currencies. Even paypal is taking it. Also there is a bit of "maybe I'll get more sales because others do not accept it&qu...

Re: 2021 and Crypto currency

As a general question and discussion how many of you all are accepting crypto currencies now or plan on it in 2021? I have been thinking about this for more years than I can remember and I am thinking 2021 will be the year I will start to accept them. Anyone have any insights, thoughts, concerns, t...

If true, I would put my money on China Government. They don't have a real good track record for being honest..

Re: Out of stock item can still be put in cart. OC 3.0.3.6

I have customers who can still put items that show "Out of stock" into the cart, and yet I have the options in System/Store/Settings/Stock set to : S how Out Of Stock Warning "Yes", and Stock Checkout "No". Should that not have some sort of warning flag on the product ...

Re: Allow customers to change their customer group after login in Edit Account Information.

I wonder how we can add this functionality to let customers change their customer group after login in "edit your account information"? We have wholesale and retail customer groups and many customers want wholesale but don't choose right customer group on sign up and then they keep asking...

Re: facebook business extension (JOURNAL 3)

@Burt65: I'll have to give, on some of the views, my two cents here. Journal postings should not be approved since it's unsupported on anyhow. In fact, all extension releases that do not represent Opencart.com's Marketplace, or not originating any of its partners or representing custom work via the...

Re: facebook business extension (JOURNAL 3)

You are still doing it... In general, there should be no need for any extension to modify system engine core files and probably is a sign of poor quality software engineering You have change your words a bit but it still doesn't help... A first step in resolving potential issues is to look into the ...

Hey IP_CAM
The OP has only mentioned Journal. This thread is not Journal related. You got to be careful of accusing the OP of stealing software without proof.. It could get you into trouble...
