Most OpenCart extensions written for 3.0.3.8 will also work for 3.0.3.9 or 3.0.4.0.

Your OpenCart version doesn't support the PHP version used by your server. E.g. OC version 3.0.3.8 or lower only support PHP 7.4, but not PHP 8, for the latter you need OC 3.0.3.9 or later.

I think the main issue is your web theme. It uses unneeded calls to common/ajax/home and common/ajax/category from your home page or category page. Also, the initial page load speed is poor. Sorry, my mistake. Anyway, why exactly do you want to use vue.js ? As opposed to the OpenCart MVCL, especially the OpenCart model and view, the latter already uses bootstrap, jquery, and json queries.

In general, don't use OpenCart 4 for live websites, OpenCart 4 is still subject to development and bugfixes. Use the stable OC 3.0.3.9, or the upcoming 3.0.4.0 for live sites.
