Re: Google Smart Shopping feature - pilot testers wanted!

I don't understand, why do we need OpenCart to set this up for us?

Any merchant can setup a Smart Shopping campaign themselves within Adwords - https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/7674740

Contact the extension developer to resolved this issue.
Yes, obviously have done so, just thought someone else here might have the same issue and fixed it with something simple.

Thanks

ShipStation Issue

I cannot get The Shipstation module to function with OpenCart 3.0.2.0. It is installed but won't change to "enable" when editing and won't show on frontend. I'm using fresh OC installation & the latest version of the ShipStation Module. See this video which demonstrates the issue - https://youtu.be/...

Fomo Integration - Social Proof Marketing

Would love to see a developer create an official extension for the hugely popular service - https://fomo.com

I imagine many stores would use it.

Thanks

Ok Guys,

Finally after many months a new version is nearly ready.

I plan for 1 week of alpha release while i fix bugs then 1 month of beta so extension developers have time to update their extensions.
@Daniel

It's been over a month since you posted this, any progress or updates at all.....?

Re: OpenCart Alpha 3.1.0.0 has been released

I'm beginning to get very fed up with OpenCart. But why ? Do they owe you something ? 8) Ernie You’ve always got a smart answer haven’t you, do you not have anything else better to do? What about the fact I’ve invested thousands of pounds into the OC Marketplace which they directly benefit from?

Hi

the best way is to start with 3.0.2.0 and wait for 3.1 to mature as well. Plus it has a breaking point for all current extensions - bootstrap 4. so you will have to wait for all the developers to catch up as well.
Thanks! What about all the existing bugs, anything major here I need to patch?

What are the major bugs in 3.0.2.0?

I'm currently on 1.5.6.4 and looking to upgrade. Am I better off waiting a few months for the 3.1 release or just upgrading now to 3.0.2.0 in its current state. My concern is, there are so many bug reports here, and will be very tiresome going through each and every thread trying to patch things man...

For those asking is it worth upgrading, then answer is definitely NO.

It is an ALPHA release and should only be used by developers and testers to find and report bugs.

Likewise when the BETA is released.
I meant once it’s fully released and stable is there is any point upgrading....

A stable (or at least, once more, the so called) release would need to be released in order to provide a proper response to that question.
I did say “Pending Release”

So pretend it’s stable....

Worth upgrading or not?

Re: OpenCart Alpha 3.1.0.0 has been released

How different is 3.0.2.0 from the new pending 3.1.0.0 release? (performance, functionality etc...)

Is it worth upgrading or not?
