If the extension is a vQmod extension you need to install vQmod, if it is an OCMOD extension then vQmod does not need to be installed. For a fuller explanation please read

Just occasionally, depending on the extensions that are loaded, autocomplete can be halted by using an apostrophe in naming options( " ' " as opposed to single quote "`" because json_encode may not have been added to extension code). So if you have some apostrophes it may be worthwhile deleting them...

The "NOT FOUND" error is the following line

CODE: $_['datetime_format'] = 'd/m/Y h:i:sa';
in the file
catalog/language/english/english.php
and has nothing to do with the footer.php
