Customer history not showing (admin side)

I have this installation of OC 2.3.0.2, which is working properly (no errors logged). It is a upgraded installation, previously running OC version was 1564. It is working properly, apart for one thing. For some reason the customer history on the admin side is not showing, strange thing is that it is...

How to set admin category permission

I want/need to set my category permissions for my admins, as I have several product categories and salesagents (admins) who have access to some but not all. I know the opencart system does not let me do this, but there are similar systems for customers. So I was thinking/hoping it can be done for ad...

Re: admin login error: SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unrecognized token '<'

Thanks for the reply! I did that already, actually before I posted here last night. It made no difference and indeed I have not changed any file. Having said that, on my server I just switched to PHP 7.2 (instead of 7.1) and presto, all errors are gone. I called the host, but they couldn't explain t...

Could be 404 Not Found errors. Use your web browser's network development tools to check to see if any request is receiving an error response.
Tried that, but it shows no errors at all. Even when the popup shows the error... See attachment

Re: admin login error: SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unrecognized token '<'

Below is a screenshot of the php 7.1 settings and the 5.6. No clue if this could be the issue, but do you see anything which need to be turned on?

Re: admin login error: SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unrecognized token '<'

No not a single one, it is a completely new/fresh install. The only thing I just remembered, also the reason for the fresh start, as my host is removing php 5.6 and I need to upgrade to 7.1, on my server, I switched to php 7.1. On php 5.6 the errors didn't exist or just didn't show. The error logs a...

admin login error: SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unrecognized token '<'

So I started with a clean 2.3.0.2 install, it all went well (or so I thought) but as soon as I login on the admin side I get no less then 2 error notifications. Both are almost identical, saying that there is a "SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unrecognized token '<'" and then listing a lot of code. S...

Re: OC 2.2.0 changes image when uploaded > terrible quality

Found the solution! Apparently, some images were not coded as sRGB which then results in the above.
So easy fix!

OC 2.2.0 changes image when uploaded > terrible quality

So I have been running an OC 2.2.0 shop for some years, worked fine for me. And have been adding new products over the last couple of days in the same way as I have always done. However, when I looked at the product page I noticed a lot (not all) of the images where looking really bad (see below). T...

Re: OC. 1564: host moving from php 5.6 to 7.1

Hmm, if only :) Uploaded the new encryption file, but when swithched to php 7.1 it gives a blank screen (I did have cpanel repair the database). But there is no error in the log or anything. However, without the new encryption file the log shows: [11-Dec-2018 13:03:33 Europe/Berlin] PHP Deprecated: ...

OC. 1564: host moving from php 5.6 to 7.1

So as the title already says, my host is migrating from php 5.6 to 7.1. Which for me, as I'm running a shop on 1.5.6.4 creates problems, eventhough I'm using the basic theme and am really only using the admin side of the shop. Which for us (adding wholesale orders) is essential! I read some other th...

Customer signature

Hi all, I'm looking for a module which allows me to have the customer add a signature when they confirm the order. I'm looking for this so my sales reps can use their tablets in combination with the shop to receive orders when visiting customers. Do any of you have an idea of an extension which can ...

Re: Add to cart button not working on explorer

Thanks for your answers!

I'm not using a journal theme in fact, I am using a specific module which allows me to add an image to the select dropdown option.
I'm thinking that that is the cause of this.
