i've filled the order status and now the admin part shows order correctly
but the problem now is moved to catalog part
if i check my account history i see double order. Each for every language. Check the png attached

translation correct in admin/language/italian/italian.php too
i'm still thinking the two things are not related. I mean the months translation and the format date. in fact there is nothing like a "day name" translation, for the long format date, that shows also the name of the day...

so my first question is about date formats. I'm using opencart with the italian language installed and i've noticed that admin homepage and confermation emails show order date like this: 15 December 2008 even if my language is setted to "italian". So my first question is: is that correct?...
