I have found the problem. It was not the extra button in order history, or any part of that module.
Our Shipping Method we use installed a vqmod and that mess up the order history, after uninstall it (make .xml -> .xml_) everything works!

Opencart 2.3.0.2, Multi store, multi language. I have got a strange problem. Then I login as a customer (my self) I get wrong order history. But then I check in admin at my history it is correct. It seams that my order history shows the first 16 orders that I have in the database from. See pictures....
