Using Opencart 3.0.3.8 + Journal 3 + Built-in UPS extension
I'm having a weird issue that I've seen pop up in some older forum posts.
I created an EU geo zone. Add all member countries. Saved.
Came back later to see that half the countries had disappeared.
Any ideas? Thank you!

Do the full upgrade. Keep your entire site as up to date as you can. 6-7 extensions is not a huge amount. You should set up a dev server, test the upgrade, and I'm if any of the extensions don't work have someone on say Upwork upgrade it for you. I felt like I was in this position during the 2.x day...
