Re: (SOLVED) Google Recaptcha Error - Verification is not correct

Thank you for your reply but no, that didn't have anything to do with my issue. I did however solve it on my own. I compared every thing from my working site to this site. I noticed that the non-working was running php 5.4 and the working was running 5.5 I switched to 5.5 and now the google recaptch...

Re: Delete all customer information

So is the add on necessary? Why not just create a simple information page to have information deleted or in the privacy policy have the email address to remove all information from the company? I'm trying to figure out if the add on (at 49.00) is overkill? Not this, there are better available (and ...

Google Analytics Site Search Settings (Search Query) OC 2.3.0.2

I've gone through the OC forum and it seems no one has had luck in finding the search query to put into analytics to track search terms. Anyone know? When I search my site I get: https://www.___________.com/index.php?route=product/search&search=PRODUCTNAME&description=true Based on that, what would ...

I see a competitor of mine has sitelinks under their Google search results:

Is there something in Opencart that I can set to achieve this? Is this something I set in search console or analytics?

Re: Help needed for upgrade

I would recommend running the upgrade on a test server. That way, if something goes wrong, you can just delete and try again. I would never, ever, upgrade on a live server.

Re: Permission Denied opencart 2.3.0.2

....but that's a bandaid, fix. If you upgraded from a previous version of OC you have old extension files. Those are causing conflicts and "resetting" your admin privalleges. You need to go folder by folder and remove the old files. It took me like 1 hour. I'm running 2.3.0.2 and I found old extensi...

Re: (SOLVED) IPN Warnings

So, if anyone has this problem. Here is how I solved it: 1. Went into PayPal and into IPN History 2. Looked to see which IPN messages were successful and which were not. 3. Took the URL of the successful messages and put that as my callback URL (which happens to be totally different than the ones su...

Re: IPN Warnings

Also, when looking at the IPN history...the messages that are "successfull" seem to have a different url than the one you suggest or the one I had. The url is a index.php?route=extension/payment/pp_standard/callback I changed it to that to see if it fixed the problem. So far a test order came out su...

Re: IPN Warnings

No luck. I did notice though that the your post suggests: index.php?route=payment/pp_standard/callback we had a slightly different one: index.php?route=payment/paypal_direct/callback I changed it but I'm not sure if that will make a difference as either URL leads to a 404 since it's not a real page....

Re: SEO Keywords

You shouldn't also place to much emphasis on keywords. Google is not using those for ranking purposes anymore. It's all about on page content, seo title and meta description.

Good luck

Re: Order Confirmation Logo 2.3.0.2

The issue actually stems from Google appending a Google User Content url to the image. When I right-clicked the broken image, the link had https://ci4.googleusercontent.com/proxy/# <my image URL> Seems to be a longstanding issue. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/20903967/gmails-new-image-caching-...

Re: Order Confirmation Logo 2.3.0.2

that was a typo. image/catalog/

But still your post doesn't explain why an img scr https://www.file-location wouldn't work.
Sorry, I do appreciate your input but I don't think it makes much sense in explaining this situation.
Can't solve them all. ;)

Re: Order Confirmation Logo 2.3.0.2

Thanks. Unfortunately, I believe you are incorrect.
The code in order tpl is a "img src="
So, I should be able to put https://wherever-the-image-is-located in the ""
Looking in the config and that location has nothing to do with it.

Thank you anyway,
