Minimum Quantity enforcement

Determining mobile sites.
How does Opencart determine type of device (mobile/PC/Mac) visiting site?
Seems the new Firefox Quantum web browser is confusing Opencart and only showing icons in the header when visiting from a PC.

Are you saying to download all the master files (done that) and then FTP files over current Admin directory?
Are all configuration settings in the sql database?

Other than changes I have made to the /catalog/view/theme/default/stylesheet/stylesheet.css file, there have been no code changes to files since original install. Working after following instructions in link provided. Just not turned on. Always something simple.
The Orders Processing/Orders Completed/Order Statuses still not working at bottom of Admin Navigation Panel. Will open new thread for that.

The 4 dashboard extension I want are installed. Three of four seem to be updated.. Went to events page and there are ~34 event installed. Also noticed the Orders Complete, Processing and Other Statuses ate bottom of navigation pane are all reading 0%. Any other ideas?

Recent Activity area in Dashboard not updating
Since updating to 3.0.2.0, the "Recent Activity" area of Dashboard has not been updating. "Latest Orders" area is. Any thoughts or ideas as to what could be causing this?

Setting Up Manufacturers Banner on Home Page
I have upgraded from 2.x to 3.0.2.0. When using 2.x, I had removed the Manufacturers Banner at bottom of Home Page that is part of demo theme. I followed procedure in "The Definitive Guide to Getting Started with OpenCart 2.x for Beginners" that is linked in Resources Documentation section...

Got in contact with Author and looks to me the extension has been updated (but not on Opencart download site). Installed new files and was able to install through Extenstions with no error this time.
