Manufacturer Carousel acting as slideshow

Well, this would mainly involve Journal Code, but since Journal is no free Open Source Code, you might better contact Journal on such, to get some help. Is there any way to add Attributes to the Product Comparison?
Trying to find an extension or a way to manually add this.

After playing around a bit, and installing another browser in another language, it seems to be working correctly.
My assumption is that OC is detecting browser language and automatically choosing this as opposed to the system default.
Can anybody confirm this?

I am using v2.3.0.2 and have two langs. installed (default English and Spanish) I have set System/Settings/Local to Spanish, and under System/Localization/Languages it is showing up as default. Change country order, display my country first.
I don't know if this has been brought up before. If so, I wasn't able to find it. I would like to have my country to display first in the drop-downs to make it easier for client. It gets annoying searching threw a thousand options, when there are 2-3 frequently used ones. Is there any way to do this?
