With a system that makes it possible to have net-zero sales through the use of store credits, gift vouchers, coupons, etc., why does the administrator have to enable a "free checkout" payment type? Wouldn't it make more sense for this method to kick in automatically if the cart total is ze...

Same issue for me with 1.5.1.3. I have a gift voucher purchased by a customer. The order is marked complete. The recipient tries to use the voucher code but is told it is either invalid or depleted. I have logged in as the user and experienced the same issue.

Why do we have to enter girth? USPS states that girth = L + W * 2 + H * 2. We're already entering L, W, and H. Perhaps you should remove the field and let the software calculate it. That might lessen some of the confusion.
