How do I disable the returns option

Can anyone tell me how to disable the Returns? I have downloadables so returns don't quite apply. I'm using version 1.5. I took it off of the footer but need to know how to remove it so the customer won't see that as an option when they log in. I would appreciate any help.

Can you tell me what that means...sorry, I'm challenged when it comes to tech stuff. I take it that it means there was something I was supposed to do besides just upload the upgrade? Oh, and I followed the instructions that came with the download.
