Re: [solved] PHP Notice:Undefined index: key in api/login.php
Just to let everyone know. In my case, I tried everything but nothing worked and finally after looking more carefully, I noticed that in config.php file I had one more dot in the url. That was causing all trouble. So, check again thoroughly your settings in both config.php files.

Re: Opencart Support problems
If you're a developer, then why do you even created this topic? Fix extension yourself, if you didn't get any response from extension's author. That's not really a great answer tbh. OpenCart Support should be answering here - this is a paid product and if it's not working as expected, support shoul...

Re: Opencart Support problems
I will assume that you just did not read my last reply. If you did and made that comment, then, of course, there is no use in answering again. He did read your last reply and he basically told you the same. But hey, it's your time, your tears, you may waste them as much as you like. Just don't crea...

Re: Opencart Support problems
Of course I am a developer .. So, what? The whole discussion here is for the "fish", simply fix it by yourself. I took the time to inform my clients for delays or incapabilities. As this "discussion" goes on, you are telling us more and more details - interesting! If you "h...

Re: Opencart Support problems
The main argument is that you've wasted a bunch of time and keep wasting it. Instead of fixing the issue, you bashing your head against the wall. I would never ever spend so much time on waiting and then even more time on whining on the forums. Send the message, wait a couple days, try to send anot...

Re: Opencart Support problems
No doubt this shoulb be happening by rule. If you can't support it, don't sell it. I'm sorry, but you absolutely can not make judgments here. Obviously you're not a developer and have no idea how things work. Of course I am a developer and believe me, I 've been through hard times. I took the time ...

Re: Opencart Support problems
I just opened a ticket there too. Thank you. Means .. you did not before?! Each developer gets a copy of the request. Then he should answer as soon as possible - unfortunetaly there is currently no timeframe for that. But the OpenCart Support team checks continuous open tickets - if there is no act...

Re: Opencart Support problems
Opencart should respond because that company is a "Partner"... Also my opinion is that Opencart should send activity verification e-mails/month for each developer from Marketplace and if doesn't respond....all extensions/modules should be removed. No doubt this shoulb be happening by rule...

Re: Opencart Support problems
You have tried to contact them by e-mail? contact@wedowebsite.com.au Or via facebook https://www.facebook.com/wedowebsite.com.au/ Of course I did. Multiple times. I am tired sending them emails there. They don't bother to answer or even inform me that something is wrong (if is so). Last time they a...

Re: Opencart Support problems
To poke the support. I have already opened a ticket twice. In both cases, there was no answer and the ticket closed due to inactivity. Seems useless trying and it makes me wonder if Opencart really cares about all this situation with unsupported paid extensions. This is just not fair. Don't know wh...

Re: Opencart Support problems
If you really need that extension and there're no alternatives, I'd recommend you to ask a 3rd party developer to help you. Otherwise OC support should help, they usually do. Try to up the ticket. I have used this extension in the past and the developers used to answer and support but now they disa...

Opencart Support problems
Hello, I am trying to reach a developer for support via email given on his extension page here in Opencart but he does not answer for over 2 months now. Then, I tried to ask for support through the Opencart Support system but nobody answers there neither. I tried a second time with the Opencart Supp...

Re: Orders with zero total and totally missing products!
I don'n have a solution yet.
The most propable reason for this, is the One Page Checkout. Disabling it and using default step by step checkout seems to solve that issue.
